The week will be held from 30th May to 3rd June 2011 throughout NSW and includes free workshops, seminars, webinars and resources to help your business grow.”

The first step in any marketing is to identify who you are targeting. And who the percent client that you would like to book as a result of the campaign is.
Therefore, you firstly need to identify who your perfect client is. You may find that you have more than one ‘perfect client’ (e.g. students and stay at home mothers). Thinking about each type of ‘perfect client’ you have is known as customer segmentation. You will notice by doing this exercise that each type of ‘perfect client’ will have different characteristics.
